Job store and the single-GPU worker of the web demo.

A job is a directory under the jobs root:

One worker thread runs jobs strictly one after another (one GPU, one job), so the wait estimate is queue position x the median duration of recent jobs.

Module attributes

STEP_RE	The adaptor prints a step marker per phase.
STEP_ORDER	Order of the step keys a job passes through, for the progress timeline.

Functions

latest_activity	The last meaningful line of a job log, for the "currently" display.
pending_feedback_round	The oldest request round without a response, or None.
