peal.teachers.virelay_teacher.create_attribution_database(attribution_database_file_path, attribution_shape, num_classes, number_of_samples)

Creates an attribution database file

Parameters:

• attribution_database_file_path (str) – Path of the HDF5 file to create (overwritten).

• attribution_shape (tuple) – Shape of one attribution (without the batch axis).

• num_classes (int) – Width of the prediction dataset.

• number_of_samples (int) – Length of the attribution, prediction and label datasets.

Returns:

The open file with empty float32 attribution and prediction datasets and a uint16 label dataset.
