peal.web.app.group_by_direction(items)

Group feedback items by the direction their collage belongs to.

Parameters:

items (list of dict) – Items of a feedback request, each with its collage path.

Returns:

One entry per direction in rank order, with rank, direction_idx, name (the concept edit, when the folder is found) and items; each item gains detail_collage when its detailed collage exists. Items whose file name does not follow the pattern form one group each.

Return type:

list of dict
