Bases: Image2MixedDataset

Ovarian follicle images with expert annotations, taken from Hugging Face.

On first use the janphhe/follicles_true_features dataset (metadata, images, cut-outs and masks) is downloaded - which requires a Hugging Face login - and written to <dataset_path> as data.csv plus the directories imgs/, imgs_cut/ and masks/.

Parameters:

  • config (DataConfig) – Uses dataset_path.

  • **kwargs – Forwarded to Image2MixedDataset.

Notes

The export loop builds every output filename from attribute_values[attributes.index("imgs")], i.e. from a whole metadata column rather than from the current row, so in practice the dataset directory is expected to exist already.
