peal.global_utils.integrate_arguments

peal.global_utils.integrate_arguments(args, config, exclude=[])

Apply all parsed command line arguments to a config.

Calls integrate_argument() for every attribute of args that is not listed in exclude and finally re-runs propagate_seed(), so that a seed given on the command line also reaches the sub-configs.

Parameters:

• args (argparse.Namespace) – Parsed arguments.

• config (object) – Config to modify in place.

• exclude (list of str, optional) – Argument names that are not config fields (for example the config path itself).
